Assalamualaikum mam mere first pregnancy thi but Mera miscarriage ho gaya tha 1 month ka or mere DNC nhi Hui thi madicen khae thi or mere ko 1 mahinay tak periods nhi ay thay us kay bad or Mera miscarriage ko 3 mahinay ho gay hai or ab mujhain is say phelay twice periods ay thay or ab periods nahin ay abhi tak or pregnancy test keya tha to negative tha or mujhain vomiting bhi feel hote hain kabhi kabhi shuru main zada ho rahi thi or mujhain cancive karna hain mujhain ovulation days calculate nahi kar nay atay please guide me

Take tab primulut n Three times for five days so periods come n do a pelvis ultrasound, if all ok then ask for some hormones to regulate cycle so ovulation days can be calculated in a regular cycle, daily folic acid
