Talk to Gynecologist on I Have 3 Consecutive Miscarriages

my 1st miscarriage was in June 2024 1 week pregnancy 2nd in march 2025 11 weeks pregnancy and 3rd is recently august 2025. I want a baby although I have 3 year old baby girl I have fibroids in uterus and the large one is 3.7cm and lower segment of left side of uterus. in this pregnancy my doctor told me that I have very high blood flow resistance RI 0.94 AND S/D 12.2 and 12.4 she started aspirin and duphoston but in 6th week. what should you recommend. should I go for myomectomy to remove fibroid than conceive. by the way in this pregnancy my embryo grow just 0.5cm in 7 weeks but fibroid grow from 2.9 to 3.7cm.

You need thrombophilia tests. Fibroid removal will only benefit if it is inside uterus and cause of miscarriage

A specialist ultrasound will tell which type of fibroids are in uterus and needs myomectomy or not .
take folic acid 3 months before planning pregnancy and loprin from day 1
