Most important thing is irregular cycle . when cycle is irregular it shows disturbance in hormones and irregular or No ovulation also . 1st is to evaluate whats the reason behind this cycle irregularities.
As u are young it can be evaluated easily and we have a good time window .
2ndly i would like to know about your husband .40% inability to concieve is because of Male disorders and its most common issue overall also according to studies. so kindly also communicate with him and discuss about his evaluation so that u can be clear about it and can get treatment without any hesitancy.
Before going for any expensive tests get checkup with your husband from Gynaecologist and plz don't use hakeem medication both of u because there are studies that prove alot of harmful medications being given to patients by them .
