Talk to Gynecologist on I Have Pain In My Vagina And Upper Than That

I saw a doctor but the medication has to be started after my period end. I forgot to mention the doctor that I have fever too. Now I have pain but can't start having them unless my periods end. Advise please. The maxfol 600mg looks too strong. Please advice what all purpose are these medicines for and do they cause weight gain?
