Talk to Gynecologist on I M Getting The Symptoms I M So Confused ? What Does It Mean

I had misscarriaged history in Feb I had ectopic pregnancy. My hcg level was 265 and suddenly it got dropped and I lost my pregnancy after this I had irregular cycle. And my health provider gave me duphaston and rimona capsule and shevit for 3 months and I had duphaston just 1 month for 21 days for regular my cycle and make my irregular bleeding stopped . This month my periods got missed it’s my 45 day of my cycle . I tested 3 times urine test. On 29,33 and 39 day of my cycle it’s got negative. But I have symptoms like breast tenderness, fatigue, increased appetite, dizziness and I had constipation from my 12 day of my cycle (Ovulation days ) and I was having discharge slippery milky white some time. From today’s morning I got thick and stretchy discharge and mild odour yesterday I had light pink lil bit discharge I wondered that periods are about to start. And my vagina is also burning. I m married for 5 years I had 2 ectopic pregnancy history. Thankyou
