You must have taken precautions and emergency contraceptives to avoid pregnancy. Once you have periods start on some contraceptive method of your choice.

-Dear it's better to have Serum beta hcg (blood pregnancy test) to check pregnancy status. As urine pregnancy tests can be unpredictable in Very early pregnancy.
-have beta hcg and report symmptoms especially one sided lower abdominal pain. As it need urgent Evaluation if beta hcg positive.

Get your blood checked for beta hcg and then consult your gynaecologist. Options for induced abortion are not given on this forum.
