Had spotting type bleeding not heavy some type of watery on exact the date of periods and don't had clots not even a single. Having on and off swelling in feet after long standing.. It can be implantation bleeding or can be due to other reason?

Please do pregnancy test if negetive then its most probably PID
Its infection in the uterus. It can be cured easily you just need an ultrasound before we can prescribe any medicines

get your urinary pregnancy test done.
if it's positive start tab folic acid 400 mcg daily and still bleeding continues then inform as then you need to start progesterone support but all this after positive PT
