Increased Pulse Rate

Question

I am 16 weeks pregnent, this is my 2nd pregnency, my pulse rate is going to be increased from last few days, readings are 120, 116, 110. along with shortness of breath. taday i done with CBC test report is also attached please recommend any safe medication or test for it.
