Talk to Gynecologist on Induction Labor

I am 38+5 weeks pregnant. Since yesterday i am feeling less baby movements. I had an appointment with my gynaecologist today, she only took my ctg and she said everything is fine with ctg. Now the issue is i am so worried because of reduce movements and i have fear of stillbirth after seeing some people's real life events. Is it a good decision if i ask my doctor to induce me at 39 weeks? Is it safe? No contractions or sign of labor untill now
