-how frequent u have sex it also depends. If husband not here then how u will conceive??
-white discharge u can check by having high vaginal swab and after collection of swab have vaginal suppository Canestein on three alternate night to wash infection out.
_have strict hygiene.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz baths to reduce irritation. Can have olive oil massage after warm baths.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-try to have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have one transvaginal scan ad blood tests on day 2 of periods (progesterone, testosterone, fsh and lh, insulin, prolectin, thyroid function tests)
-collect labs and discuss here.
-have folic acid regularly.
-have sex in fertile period of cycle like in 28 days cycle in regular periods fertile period would be from day 8-day 13.
-have balanced weight and Bmi.
-for smelly discharge after collection of swab have tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8hrly for 10 days.
