If doppler is normal we just need to monitor it closely.repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks…for itching please use vaginal cannestein pessary500mg once at night and apply cannestein cream OD for 5days.
This is normal , get your ultrasound again done after 2 weeks , more history is required regarding discharge , book an appointment
