he needs proper targetted evaluation and treatment...
even ur tube test(HSG/HYCOSY/LAP AND DYE) is not there for complete assessment...
better to meet in person wth INFERTILITY specialist along wth ur husband...

Thanx drs we have visited many urologists and they have tried all sorts of medicines on my husband but the sperm cont doesn't seem to rise can u please recommend any good doctor In Karachi whi can assist us as where ever we go they just recommend IVF and we cannot afford it
