Hello Doctor. I have been trying to conceive for the past 1 year but have not been successful yet. My ultrasound reports are normal. My husband’s semen analysis report shows Rapid Progressive Motility 60%, Slow Progressive 10%, and Non-Progressive 30%. Could you please guide me about the possible reason for not getting pregnant and what tests or treatment you would recommend?

If both are normal, answer is IVF but at your age you can wait another year with ovulation week practice
send your hormonal profile, HSG if done, and your menstrual history to clinically guess if you regularly ovulate

I have regular periods; sometimes they are delayed by 1–2 days, but they do come. I have been taking folic acid for the past 3 months. The doctor suggested a CBC test and a blood group test. My blood group is A+, and my husband’s blood group is also A+.

Dont take self medication , if you are taking clomid n lezra you must go for follicle tracking on day 12, you can get hysterosalpingogram just after periods , nuception nutrifactor once a day for wife and tryception for husband is good , get day 2 FSH LH, serum prolactin, TSH, free T3,freeT4, HSG, AMH , pelvic ultrasound , consult a urologist for husband , even for normal report , intercourse in alternate nights from day 8 to 20 ,, its always best to go to fertility clinics for consultation , dont waste time ,, avoid self medication
