I am 25Y female, married 3 years, primary infertility.
Reports: 1. Pelvic US: Uterus normal, both ovaries normal small follicles. Right cyst 3.3cm in 2024 resolved in 2025. 2. HSG 11-09-2024: Right tube cornual block no spill, Left tube patent free spill. 3. Husband Semen 05-09-2024: Count 90M, Motility 50%, Morphology 35%, Pus cells 8-10/hpf High (Ref Occasional).
Questions: Can I conceive naturally with one patent tube? Husband needs treatment for pus cells? What is next step?
