Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility & Endometriosis

AoA, i m married since 10years. no baby yet.I am Endo patient. at first there was no cyst but when i started using medicine for pregnancy simple cysts were formed, after some time the simple cysts were converted in complex endometriotic cysts in both ovaries, then laparotomy was done 4 yrs back. After some time again the same process was repeated and again ended up in 2nd laparotomy. Now i have normal ovaries, no cyst is present. i want to ask, should I go for IVF? is there a success rate in Endo patients? my Husband's report is fine. please suggest Thanks.
