Hi, I am unable to conceive my husband. I was a vericocele patient of grade 1 reflux. He operated in January. Please check his recent and old semen analysis. Is it improving, or we go for other reproductive techniques.

it's decreased actually
motility is not good in both reports
normal sperms and their number was just borderline in before and now its decreased
...u have option of assisted reproduction that will not only ivf but it needed to take healthy sperms through biopsy of testicle....or other option is adoption.....as per Muslims
while in other part of world there are other options too.

But he had left vericocele which was operated now what will be issue. because assisted reproduction is not a solution. We want more babies, then each time we will go for the same. Please guide us where is fault so that we can treat further. Thank you

there is nothing as your or his fault....usually hormonal imbalance and other issues effect concentration that is..number of sperms,some are treatable some r not....but if sperm forms and motility is effected ..this is some thing in his genetic formation . .as small percentage of sperms still normal with normal motility....that's why I told u that if every thing is normal ,and u r going for assisted reproduction then it better to go for biopsy and check those sperms with good form and motility ..n use for ivf
