Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility Irregular Periods Fibroid And Cyst

I got my period twice in this month first on 23 September and again on 4 October with heavy bleeding and clotting so I got a pelvic scan in which it is shown a right ovary fibroid at least 67×62 mm also rounded cyst with no SEPTA's or debris also bulky uterus uterine fibroid and cyst on Right adnexal cyst also an intramural fibroid measured about 67×62mm is noted at the fundo anterior upper mid uterine wall obliterating and pushing the endometrial cavity posteriorly
