Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility With One Miscarriage

I am married since 7.5 years and trying to conceive since 5 years. I have a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks. Gynecologist have suggested me to loose weight and Injections which I took three cycles.. I have lost weight from 82kg to 67kg. But still my hormone levels are on higher side. Reports are attached. Husband reports are fine. Also, my tubes are open. I have seen endocrinologist and gynecologist both. Endocrinologist says I don't have PCOS whereas gynecologist says I have. I don't have cysts in ovaries, neither hair growth and have regular periods. So endocrinologists have ruled out PCOS. Gynecologist says I do have bcoz of infertility and high insulin levels ( 16).
So what is the verdict on me. 1. Am I suffering from PCOS or not? 2. Should I take any multivitamin like insonitol. 3. What is the cause of infertility? 4. How can I lower my FSH level and insulin level. 5. Should I do exercises to reduces my weight to 60kg. Any good gynecologist pls answer.

Whts ur height?
There is no medicine to down level of FSH.
If u got ur FSH on 2nd day of periods than u unable to conceive.
I know its v bad thing for u but this is fact.
U r out of criteria of Pcos.
U can Try IVF

Also I have lower values of FSH level earlier.. This time it was higher

Not recently. Just working on my weight since Nov with diet, exercise and walk suggested by nutritionist. I have took last hormonal treatment on Nov 2019. Conceived in Dec 2019 and miscarriage in Feb 2020

Dear u must visit infertility specialist. If there is no male factor infertility than u try IVF
Although chances r less but I saw pt to conceive at level of 17

FSH actually show ur ovarian reserve
Mostly elevate level cause is unknown
