Talk to Gynecologist on Inflamation And Pain

I had PPROM at 27 weeks n today i have completed 33 weeks of pregnancy. I was given shots of betnesol 12hrz apart at 29 n 31 weeks. After 2nd shot i had severe bloating n mild inflammation. I told dr but she didn't bothered this. Bloating ended on its own but inflamation has severed with every single day no matter what i eat. I'm not taking any kind of spice or pepper but burning n pain are hell worse. I never ever experienced inflamation before. Burping also makes no difference. Kindly tell me is it a side effect of betnesol? Should this be treated or will it go on its own? I also used augmention BD (1000mg) 1+1 for 15 days to avoid any infection during 31 n 32 weeks. Augmention used to cause me a little discomfort whenever i ate. Kindly help.
