Asking for Sister, Female, 22 years old, Jampur
The patient took some contraceptive ( mostly probably it was injection) about 3 years ago.Her menstrual cycle became completely disturbed and from till now she got little bleeding during her periods. Afer a few months, she felt headache that initially was managed by NSAIDS like panadol, sunflox and dicloran . After taking medicine she got relief about a month and again felt headache. She visited Neurosurgeon medical specialists and gynaecologist. Various test were done like CT SCAN MRI , Urine, CBC , Bilirubin, Thyroid and some others. Nothing was found to be abnormal. Most doctors recommended her to take lots of tablets about 500/month. Despite all these, she couldn't not find permanent relief. Kindly Sir suggest me what should be done to get permanent relief from such a distress. It will be a great favor.
Contraceptives cause headache.. stop any contraceptives.. consult neurologist for headache with aura or no aura.. further consult gynaecologist for other contraceptives which are safe for headache

I agree with dr imrana, consult a neurologist
