Hello Doctor, Just wanted know if its safe to have intercourse after ovulation period ? does it have any impact on implantation if someone already missed their period or got pregnant already ? Been trying to conceive 2year many time i missed period but jabh bhi in days mei sex kia to 2 - 3 din badh mere periods ho gye. I'm worries if we are doing something wrong after ovulation period.

Once you are pregnant there is no reason that period will come nd when pregnant no ovulation period

-sex after ovulation should not disturb fertilization or implantation actually .
- discuss detailed history Examination and investigations u had or get advised after discussion and then have precautions and treatment accordingly .
- continue to havefolic a I'd regularly.
- have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
- have Daily walk ,yoga and exercise to get normal Bmi .
- have sex in fertile periods .
- semen analysis for husband and Hysterosalpingography for your self need to be done .follow with Reports.

Thanks for the detailed answers. My husband reports are normal & i have performed last month 30th Jan2020 Hysterosalpingography and it was perfect. Now taking some medicine like duphaston + folic acid ect. i missed my period as my date was 21st Feb. I have to continue the medicine upto 4th of march as it was suggested to take for month.
