Aslam o Alikum.. i m a pcos patient, last month mene diane 35 li thi jis sy mjhy pora month spotting hoti rahi... phr ab periods aye hn or mene iss month nai li diane but problem is that k my periods are not stopping .. 6 nd 7th day of cycle py bilkul khatam ho gye thy periods or aj 8th day py phr sy kafi red spotting ho rae... what is reaso?

Dear,can u plz tell me whether u are married,ur weight, how u are diagnosed as Pcos. U will have to loose weight also and should avoid stress and adequate sleep. As these factors also contribute to irregular menstrual cycle.

I m married girl of 22 yeara old.. i have one daughter... my periods always come with the delay of 3 to 4 months but never had this type of problem... my weigh is 71kg with 5.5 height.... and i take too much stress on lil things ..
