c section internal stitches pain starts after 5 weeks of c right side abdomin also hurt. feeling chill and whole body ache. taking ponstan forte but not get better. shoulder and neck also hurt. is it due to taking bath last day or any other cause?

u can take plenty of water dun use. pillow for some time try to lay down or walk in ur home dun do heavy work use tab movax 2 mg at night for 7 days n voltral gel massage at night on shoulder n neck
