respected dears I'm Dr Noman resident psychiatrist at Hyderabad I'm attaching tvs ultrasound report can any gynecologist suggest me what should be next safe step. during intra utrine bleeding firstly tab promulet n bd for 25 days and tab transamin 500mg bd, tab cefspan 400mg bd, tab ponstan forte bd givin for 5 days after that again after one month tab transamin 500mg bd, tab ponstan forte bd givin for 7 days bleeding is stopped but still spoting is present on further history there is no history of menopause. In last 12 months only one month periods are missed otherwise periods are regular diabetic with hba1c is 8.1and random around 200 to 220 taking sitagliptin and metformin hx of mild cramping pain on and off for last one month during bleeding no hx of hypertension almost all other tests including electrolytes, urea, creatinine, CRP, lft, and lipid profile, cardiac ecg and echo are normal and within in normal range kindly suggest me for next safe step as per guidelines. should I go
