Talk to Gynecologist on Intrahepatic Cholestasis And Birth Control

I had intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. delivered via elective c-section. My daughter died in 9 days. My husband also doesn't want children as we already have two boys but he sucks at using condoms properly. Birth control pills damage liver so i don't want to try them as my liver is already swollen right now and LFT is getting better but still not normal. I first time read about Vaginal Ring. Is it effective? Where is it available? What to say to the pharmacist? I want to get Copper IUD, which brand is best? I want to get both to avoid pregnancy and won't tell my husband so he doesn't stop using condoms.
