Talk to Gynecologist on Intrahepatic Cholestasis Of Pregnancy

Aoa. Im expecting my second child in this pregnancy my lft started to raise at 11th week of pregnancy but i my doc gave me urso 250 mg 2 times a day and they got controlled now its my 28 week of pregnancy and again my LFTs are rising in my last pregnancy i was diagnosed with Liver cholestasis at 28 week but this time too early. I just had a gap of 5 months in concieving. Im having too much itching all over my body. Im having urso 250 mg now 3 times a day but still they are getting worse. On 22 april lft report my Alt was 50 and ast was 25 and now on 30 april alt is 66 and ast is 39. Im really worried cause last time i had a c section at 34 month is it very dangerous for my baby? Please guide me what to eat also.p
