during pregnancy Meri 9 hb thi and Dr said it's enough for c section.nd after c section b Dr n blood drip nh lgai she again said it's enough.mjh anemia tha My daughter also suffer from anemia.now she is 2 years old 11 kg weight ND 9hb .ND her Dr said iron ki drip lgy gi 2.so I just want to ask k just iron k injection ND drip hi iska solution hy?
