Talk to Gynecologist on Iron Deficiency Anemia
Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Hyderabad
I have microcytic hypochromic iron deficiency anemia. My hb level is 9.2g/dl and ferritin level is 4.4ng/ml. I want to know if i should take oral iron supplements or IV iron infusion? And what is the dose of IV iron infusion?
