Irregular Cycles, Not Conceiving

I\'m 25 Yr old. always have had irregular cycles. this is my day 2 profile. I had slightly bulky ovaries on USG (10-12 ml) she said its on higher side of normal. can you please tell what do these Reports say. and any natural ways to treat this?

your reports are normal ultrasound show bulky ovaries which occurs in PCOs kindly loose weight if your weight is on higher side, change your diet and do daily excerise if that doesn't work then consult online for proper treatment.
