I got married on 7 march 2020.. I have menses problem before marriage since 2015. My periods were exactly on proper date each month but there was no bleeding just brown and black cramping and after getting married my menses did not even come.. And there was no pregnancy.. Now i use progyluton for 21 days and thwre was only brown spoting for 1 day... Am so worried please guide what should i do....
