Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Period And Left Breast Pain
Asking for Self, Female, 36 years old, Gilgit
I have irregular periods since January 2021 before that I had fix 28 days cycle. Now sometimes its 24 days gap sometime 27 and other month 28. I also feel pain in my left breast pain during period. I am married and 2 kids. I am doing intermittent fasting since last year 16:8 and I eat everything.

periods of length 22 to 35 days are normal .just take vit E for Brest pain if your Brest examination is normal
