Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

My name is Sana, and I have been married for 3.5 months. Since my marriage, my periods have become irregular. I have had all the tests done, but the doctor said all the tests are normal. This month, my period was 6 days late, but I experienced very light bleeding. One pad wasn't even fully used; there was just some brown discharge on it. However, when passing urine, I noticed a small amount of red bleeding. This is my first day, and today, on the second day, I am only seeing light brown spots. I am very worried whether this is my period or something else. Please guide me.
