Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

Since last 3 months,my periods have been irregular, my gynecologist did ultrasound and TVS, and diagnosed a 3*3 cm cyst in right ovary and prescribed me a tab for 6 days, after that she said my periods will be regular,and she also asked to come for checkup at the second day of my period, but after taking the tab for 6 days, periods didn't come, then I again visited the doctor, she then did ultrasound and TVS, and found out that cyst has been ruptured by itself,so there is no issue, and this time she prescribed me signora tab, and said after taking this tab for 21 days ,when u stop taking this tab. after 2-3 days menstruation will start, now it's 2nd day of my period, should I visit the doctor again?
