Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

Its almost 2 years that i m married. I have got pregnant naturally at 3rd month after marriage. I have got period on 28 of aug 23and spot on 27 sept 23and tested on oct it was positive. At the mid of 4 month again spotting starts and at mid of 5 month severe bleeding and liqiour was also getting low. Later found that placenta was low lying and it got separate a little bit . On 28 feb 24, i have lost my baby after that after 40 days my bleeding was not stopping and i asked doc she said little bit hormonal issue and gave me table to stop bleeding after that my bleeding stopped and cycle started 12 june 24 11 july 24 19 aug 24 21 oct 24 13 dec24 20jan25 28 feb 14 april 17 may this is my cycle and my periods are still late its 22 june what should i do and i also want to concieve ?
