Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

I am unmarried . Since last 1 and half year I am experiencing irregularities in my periods. Before that it happened or not I am not sure because I did not noticed , but in last 2024 year I got my periods on 22feb and then after almost 4 months gap and it started again on 5 june during that period I was stresful and worried too much but when it started again I was ok but now this year 2025 after 9 january to till now almost 6 months I am not getting periods again. My mother asked a doctor and she replied its normal as young girls eats chickens and broilers and like that food which causing harmonal issues. My mom is agreed with her,

But I am not, I am only one who knows how I am suffering with that stressful condition, I Dont know too be irritated and stressful is natural or I am overthinking pls guide, +I think I am getting weight issues due to that.
