I am 23 yr old and not having kids. It has been 6years to my marriage . I had two miscarriages in 2018. Not pregnant yet . Now I m having irregular periods like after 14 days I menstruate. I had this problem in my teenage . After a long time I got this problem again after marriage . First time in December 2019 now in March 2020. Want to ask that what is the reason is it normal or not. I m not even on medication for fertility.. I consult to my gynae she said u don't need any medicine accept folic acid.

u better take second opinion for detail hx examination and further management-once in a blue moon cycle irregularity is acceptable -but such usual pattern of cycles is nt normal-exact reason i cant giv fr ur condition as hx invx etc r not available...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...

A/A it is not normal to have irregular periods especially such short cycles most probably you are not ovulating you need to have proper work up to diagnose the problem Also early miscarriage can happen due to some hormonal deficiencies you need to see an expert gynaecologist

which trimester miscarriages were they?you require transvaginal scan to rule out any pelvic pathology.
ur menstrual irregularity need to be evaluated by taking proper history and examination.
