Irregular Periods After Marraige

i got married in novembr end k baad 2 months tk mjy bilkul sahi periods hue ek br 28 days cycle se or ek br 32 days se lekin us k baad se bht delay ho re periods 25 din late or hue b to spotting wo b almost 10 days rahi phr us k baad ab tk ni huay 10 days ooopr ho gaye..i had a checup and ne mjy glucophage di din mein 2 br lene ko for 3 months lekin mjy suit ni ki glucophage meri tbyt or khrb ho gyi us se to maine ne chor di.i want help k mjy kya krna chahye. i am attaching ultrasound and other reports too.
