Aoa I've to ask about my sister that she is suffering since many years has consulted many doctors but issue is not resolved she wants to conceive but unable to do so due to periods issue. She is not having bleeding having spotting on and off after every 2 to 3 days

How much her weight?? She should get her hormone profile on the 1st day of periods, HSG at 10 th day of periods, if pelvic infection it should be treated, should get semen analysis of husband. If overweight wt reduction is mandatory. If normal weight then brisk physical activity is needed. She should consult dr and strictly act upon dr’s advice

She needs to be under a gynaecologist care as fertility drugs may be needed along with other medicines to control PCOs. Most important is to reduce weight. Without weight reductions response is very slow.
