delayed periods dont cause weight gain, its opposite. you have irregular periods bcoz you are over weight. you have get some blood tests n jltrasound. then medicine can be given.

Get a pelvic ultrasound . Take Tab Gynacosid daily for 2 days and wait for withdrawal bleeding . Test Serum FSH and LH on day 2 of periods . Then tell all the reports .

Hi, dear weight gain can have negative effect on monthly cycle of a female. You should start focusing on your diet by reducing all fat, oils, and spice. Take healthy food nutrient rich.
If you are not having periods for long like 3 months, don't take medicines on your own or by online advice only. Get a check up and have an ultrasound and a few bloods tests if required.
