Irregular Periods Post Delivery

Question

I delivered my baby through c section in October 2023. My periods were super regular after delivery with normal yo heavy flow. I got my last natural period in June 2024. I skipped my periods in July and Aug this year. In September I took gynaecocid for periods and i got within 4 days. In oct, again no periods and on 29 oct I visited my gynae. She gave me primoult N for 7 days and the prescribed dose was 1+1+1. Doc said after stopping h medicine I\'ll get my periods in 2 to 3 days but still no progress and I\'m very disturbed and feel bloated
 I\'m type 1 diabetic too. Please guide

My dear it seems U have some hormonal imbalances, for withdrawal bleeding U need to wait for at least 14 days after stopping primolut N., as far as bloating is concerned it is side effects of progesterone U took.
However if U do not get your periods after two weeks from stopping primolut N, U need to visit / consult me . U need to have proper diagnosis, and management

Rule out pregnancy by UPT and get an USG pelvis done,then take tab Duphaston 10mg 1+1 for 1 wk
