Talk to Gynecologist on IRREGULAR PERIODS , TRYING TO CONCEIVE SINCE 2015
Asking for Self, Female, 36 years old, KARACHI
CONSTANTLY IRREGULAR PERIODS SINCE 2015 ,WENT TO SO MANY DOCTORS(ENDOCRINOLOGISTS AND GYNAECOLOGISTS) INITIALLY TSH AND T4 WAS OUT (MORE THEN NORMAL (e.g > 3.5) .I AM TAKING THYROXINE 50MG 2 TABS DAILY ALONG WITH GLOCOPHAGE 500 TWICE A DAY. MY LAST PERIOD WAS IN JAN 2020 . IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2020 MY TSH WAS LESS THEN 1 AND MY WEIGHT WAS 73 KG
BUT WHY MY PEROID IS NOT COMMING SINCE AFTER 7TH JAN 2020 ,WHILE MY TSH RANGE IS NOT HIGH AND WEIGHT IS ALSO REDUCED . MY AGE IS 36 RIGHT NOW.

What is your BMI?
Did U take a pregnancy test ? If yes and if it negative then u need to know if you are ovulating or not ? If you are ovulating then not to worry about conceiving as ovulation is needed . If you are not ovulating then some hormones need to b checked .. Plus hxsterosalpinography ( tube test ) antimullerian hormone and husvand semen analysis ,Ager sab hu chuka ha then I suggest don’t waste more time and better to go for other means of conceiving.

in last 3 months were u have regular periods every month? why are u taking tab glucopgage? is there any history of contraceptive pills/injections? any history of weight changes or recent anxiety? do home urine pregnancy test as well .

take tab duphastone 10 mg twice daily for 10 days as u have not menstruated for around 3 months.

TSH ki range zada Kam hai..u need to modify your treatment.

apko TSH ki jis report p hypothyroidism ki waja se medication start krwai gai,wo message kren.
q k abi Jo report hai TSH ki wo tau normal se b Kam hogya hai medication ki wja se.
ap TSH ki reports mjy show kren take decision liya Jaye .
is medicine ko probably stop krna hoga and aik month bad TSH,T3 and T4 krwana hoga.
if possible telephonic consultation book krwaen marham k through take apse direct bat ki jasake ya jb situation sahi ho city ki Tau hospital visit kren with reports

if u are married go for pregnancy test and share the report.
if unmarried u need withdrawal bleed with tab duphastone 10 mg twice daily for 10 days as u last menstruated 6 months back
