Irregular Periods While Taking Medication For Vaginismus After Marriage

Question

I have been married for 4 months. Want to conceive but can't. Recently got a checkup and knew i have vaginismus. Started treatment (wch is for 7 days) recommended by dr accordingly, now on 4th day of taking medication i got my periods (while i just got cleaned 7 days prior. My regular cycle was on 12 march and it's 7 day cycle). Why did i get irregular periods and what should i do now? The medicines are Clycin V, Capsule Fluderm, Tab Novidat, tab Balemine, Tab Flygyl, Gyntima wash.
