Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular/Absent Periods At Age 43 – Could Pregnancy Still Be Possible?

I am 43 years old. My periods have been irregular/absent for some time. My AMH is 0.03 ng/ml and FSH is 72.9. My last natural period was several months ago, and I was prescribed Estranor for 21 days. Recently, I have been having lower abdominal/navel pain, leg pain and period-like sensations. My husband is 56 and was with me until the end of August. I would like to know whether pregnancy is still possible in my situation, whether I should do a pregnancy test before taking Estranor again, and what could be causing these period-like symptoms.
