Since marriage, my periods have become extremely painful, with very light bleeding and occasional heavy spotting. My Ferritinis 15.9 and serum iron is 29 I have also experienced irregular periods sometimes heavy sometimes spotting. Along with this, I frequently experience low energy, fatigue, restlessness, and an unusual burning sensation in my feet. Recently, I have also developed lower back pain.
