Talk to Gynecologist on Irreular Bleeding

I had irregular periods for almost 10 years. Periods sometimes came after 2,3 months, sometimes irregularly, and sometimes with constant bleeding. I've consulted many doctors, but success had been very low. Some years ago, I was diagnosed that my right kidney was dead from birth.. last year in september i get surgery and removed it. From that time until now, I have had a good period cycle. but from last 15 days i am facing irregular spotting. what should i do?
