Talk to Gynecologist on Irritated Urine With Blood Drops

Almost 3 weeks ago, i had severe pain in lower abdomen, right kidney area and lower back with irritation during urine and i also noticed blood residues and drops in urine. I took antibiotics ciproxin 500 mg, after 2 days the blood stopped coming. I continued medicine for 7 days, so the irritation etc was resolved. After that about 3 days ago i again felt the same pain but urine appeared normally. But still i went for complete urine test. All other things are normal but urine microscopy indicates abnormal ranges. I am uploading the file here. Please check and suggest me treatment.
