Talk to Gynecologist on Is It Pregnancy Or Something Else

in ultrasound there is a UTI infection on right side i have a back pain ,specially severe kidney pain sometime. And some time lower abdomen pain specially on right side. periods date is 15 feb but my periods came on 19(its not spotting ,its heavy pure red bleeding and no clotting),i had protected sex on 9th, no other symptoms except a little bit feeling sleepy as i always feel sleepy in periods, cramps is occurring on both sides plus pain in leg as already happen in periods. urine pregnancy test is negative 2 time before periods blood (i don't know its period bleeding or implantation bleeding). i am doing all house chores, not lazy at all but cramping feel me a little bit disturb sometime , Kindly tell me why this pain is happening ,is I am pregnant as i got negative urine test or its periods and if periods y its 4 days late from day 15 plus i am also taking XANAX (Alprazolam) for anxiety. kindly give me answer ,best gynecologist require and how t know 100 percent accurately that
