Hi. female married, age 30, TSH 3, Fasting Insulin 19, Vit D deficiency (getting month injections) low Vit B12 (getting weekly injections), nose block issue since 6 months, usual nasal spray, Occasionally sleep aprena happens, which gets fine itself

current medicines Thyroxine 50 mg, 2 in morning Myteka 10mg, 1 in morning - respatory rates used to get high Occasionally, but oxygen satuation remains normal Nexum 20mg 1+0+1 Avamys Nasal spray

current symptoms RIGHT leg and eye get heavy / tired / sleepy (got eyesight check, its completely fine) Occasionally ringing sound in LEFT ear for few seconds, usually gets better when head position is changed feel dizziness after meals

My question, IS THIS VERTIGO?
