Asking for Someone Else, Other, Female, 17 years old, Lahore
I have irregular periods and have been having brown vaginal discharge for around 19 days. I also have a little pain that started around the 19th day. I don’t know if there is a foul smell. I also had some burning when urinating, so I’m concerned that I might have a UTI. I didn’t get my period last month. (Unmarried, 17 years old)

Dear patient, period irregularity is most common in this age group because, in the first 2–3 years after starting periods, they can be irregular. For the diagnosis of any disease, first give me your history about your height and weight, for how long your periods have been irregular, what your cycle length is, which means how many days there are between two periods, and at what age your periods started. Do you have any hair growth on your face? Do you have an acne problem?
The second thing is about your UTI. For this, you should do a Urine D/R. This will confirm the diagnosis of UTI, and I can suggest medicine or refer you to a urologist.

It was like when i was 12-13 and its irregular from last 3 years height is 5'3 and weight is 62 and 5-7 mostly and in January it was 12 (spotting) and sometimes its after 2-3 months sometime after 1 month i have also started seed cycling and i have facial hairs and i have uti issue from a few months and i have also eaten medicines for infection etc earlier but it was like 1 year ago and now its 20 days still discharge/blood
