Talk to Gynecologist on Issue

I have irregular periods and have been having brown vaginal discharge for around 19 days. I also have a little pain that started around the 19th day. I don’t know if there is a foul smell. I also had some burning when urinating, so I’m concerned that I might have a UTI. I didn’t get my period last month. (Unmarried, 17 years old)
